These terms govern your use of the Curiory mobile apps, the web app and curiory.com (together, “Curiory”). The service is provided by Curiory. By using Curiory you agree to these terms.
The service
Curiory is a marketplace that connects collectors and sellers through live streams, auctions and stores. Items are listed and sold by sellers, who are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivery.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your account secure. You may not transfer your account to anyone else. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Purchases and auctions
- Bids are binding: if you win an auction, you agree to buy the item at your winning bid.
- Prices, taxes and shipping costs are shown before you pay.
- Returns and withdrawal rights follow the conditions shown on the item page and order screen and applicable consumer law.
Coins and gifts
Coins are digital units used only to send gifts within Curiory. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are not refundable except where the law requires. Coins bought in the app are also subject to the Apple App Store terms.
Sellers
Selling requires an application and verification. Sellers are responsible for listing items that are lawful, authentic and as described, for shipping orders on time and for following the sales conditions. Fees that apply to sellers are shown in the seller dashboard.
Community rules
Illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or infringing items, as well as harassment, hate speech, spam and misleading content, are not allowed. We may remove content that breaks these rules, ban users from streams or restrict accounts. You can report inappropriate content in the app.
Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights to content you share and give us a limited licence to display it on Curiory. The Curiory brand, design and software belong to us.
Liability
We provide the service with care but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages.
Changes and contact
When we update these terms we publish the new version on this page and announce significant changes in the app. For questions, email [email protected] or use the Support page.
