You can delete your Curiory account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Here is how.
In the app
- Open Curiory and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and open Settings.
- Tap Privacy and data, then “I want to delete my account”.
- Confirm. We will e-mail you once the deletion is complete.
By e-mail
If you can’t open the app, write to us from the e-mail address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
What happens to your data
- Your profile, addresses, messages and other personal data are deleted or anonymised.
- Any ongoing orders and returns are completed first.
- Unused coins are deleted and can’t be refunded.
- Invoices and order records we’re legally required to keep are retained without your personal details.
- App Store subscriptions need to be cancelled separately.
